Callejeras

MALASANGRE(bad blood) is an all female Flamenco street ensemble featuring four spanish girls: the three sisters María, Marta and Pilar Robles, and their cousin Pilar Crespo. They all sing, dance and play flamenco instruments (guitar, cajón, bass-guitar, castañuelas).

Marta Robles (guitar, voice, dance)
Maria Robles (cajón, voice, leader dance)
Pilar Robles (bass-guitar, voice, dance)
Pilar Crespo (cajón, voice, humor, dance)

This band was born in 2005, and since then this female family has been touring around the world participating in many prestigious festivals.

They present Callejeras, an enthralling show full of Spanish music and Flamenco dance.
They perform and sing with a big female power, yet their show is always presented with a great deal of charm, packed full of humour and irresistible crowd participation, making a very big party everywhere they go.

They have been playing in many european countries like Italy, Switzerland, Belgium, Holland, Serbia, Croatia, Romania, Spain…also in Africa (Gabon, Niger, Argelia, Ghana) and America (Republica Dominicana).

“… The highlight of the show arrived when one of the group, armed with a “Manila shawl” gave a breathtaking display of Flamenco dance, and showed why the Andalusians are so well known for their art.”

Sandra Buzón, El Periódico de Aragón.
